Agreement
By accessing or using FleetShare, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
FleetShare is a software platform for managing shared company vehicles, reservations, users, and related workflows. Features may change; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify your administrator or us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempt to breach security, no interference with other users, and no scraping or excessive automated access except as permitted in writing. Organisations are responsible for their users’ compliance.
Content and data
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. We may generate aggregated or anonymised analytics that do not identify individuals.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Vehicle availability, licence validity, and on-road compliance remain your organisation’s responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity operating your FleetShare deployment, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue where permitted.
This document is provided as general information only and does not constitute legal advice. FleetShare operators should have policies reviewed by qualified counsel for their jurisdiction.
